- Living rooms with TV
- Press room (national and foreign press)
- Gymnasium
- Sports complex
- Gardens with picnic zones
- Cafeteria (except Sundays)
- Hairdressing salon
- Washing and drying automatic machines
- Cleaning of rooms 3 times per week
- Washing and ironing of personal articles as well as bed clothes
  (included in the monthly pension)
